Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week (hybrid working available)
Salary: PAYE: £29.22+ per hour | Umbrella: £37.51 per hour

The Role
Senior Practitioner post in the stable, well-regarded Care & Support team covering South & Mid Powys.
You’ll carry a complex caseload (CP, LAC, court work) and provide practice guidance/mentoring to less experienced staff.

You must have

• Social Work qualification + current Social Care Wales registration
• Minimum 3–4 years post-qualifying statutory children & families experience
• Recent experience at Senior Practitioner / Team Leader level (or ready to step up)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply immediately)
• Full driving licence & own car
