Job Opportunity: Social Worker – Assessment, Brokerage, and Review Team (Resilient Families Service)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team supporting families in the community for a 9-week contract.

Location: RCT
Contract Duration: 25/08/2025 – 31/10/2025
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30)
Salary: £29.13-£38.43

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, brokerage, and reviews to support families within the Resilient Families Service.
- Work collaboratively with individuals and families to achieve positive outcomes.
- Manage a varied caseload, ensuring high-quality, person-centered support.
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resources effectively.
- Must be registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).
- Proven experience in social work, preferably within family or community services.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a complex caseload.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, value-driven support.
- Required Documents:
- Photo ID
- Proof of eligibility to work
- Criminal Convictions Declaration
- Confidentiality Agreement
- 5 years of references
- Social Care Wales registration
- 2 years of references
- Proof of qualifications
- Proof of address
