What You’ll Do:
Undertake parenting assessments, analysing attachments, relationships, capacity for change, and risk management.
Assess persons connected to the child, evaluating family dynamics to inform care plans.
Prepare Special Guardianship Reports to support legal proceedings.
Engage in court work, presenting findings and recommendations with confidence.
Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure the child’s best interests are met.

What We’re Looking For:
Skills: Strong analytical, assessment, and court presentation skills.
Qualities: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex cases.
Experience: Qualified social worker with at least 2 years’ experience in assessments and court work.
Bonus Points: Experience with Special Guardianship Reports and family dynamic assessments.
