Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:00, Fri 08:00-15:30)
Salary: PAYE: £13.26 per hour | Umbrella: £16.84 per hour

Are you an organised, proactive individual with a knack for administration and customer service? Network Recruitment Wales is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Advisor to join a dynamic team in Merthyr Tydfil for a 15-week temporary assignment, supporting a peak in workload within the Highways department.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide essential administrative support to the Highways team, including computer work, filing, letter writing, and answering stakeholder queries.
• Step in to cover administrative duties during staff absences, ensuring seamless operations.
• Work collaboratively to maintain efficient day-to-day activities in a busy department.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence in handling phone calls and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates must live within a reasonable travelling distance to Merthyr Tydfil

Essential Requirements:

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Criminal Convictions Declaration.
• Signed Confidentiality Agreement.
• Up-to-date CV.
• 2 years of references/work history.
